Here at ACIC, we are a proud Leader In Me certified school.  We strive to teach every student that they can all be a leader by empowering them to find their strengths and build character traits of a leader.  Leader In Me is focused on equipping students with skills needed to thrive in today's ever-changing world.  Students receive direct instruction on crucial skills such as responsibility, goal setting, priorities, taking initiative, listening, responding, teamwork, and more.  Students are taught these skills through the 7 Habits of Happy Children.

Listen BEFORE you speak. Truly listen to others and how they feel before you are thinking of how to respond. Try to understand things from their point of view.
