Title: Parent Newsletter

Process: This newsletter is created by students in a media class. We gather information from administration, teachers, and/or staff for the newsletter. The newsletter is made entirely through Canva and the information we use is what we think parents or the community will find useful for keeping up with what is happening at school each week. Every student on the newsletter team has a job they are responsible for. If you look closely, you will see the names of the students that worked on this newsletter. The students responsible for the newsletter change each nine weeks. Once finished, we submit the newsletter to the principal for approval. Once approved, the principal sends the newsletter to parents through the app Parent Square. We also print copies of the newsletter and distribute the copies to teachers to display in their classrooms, and post copies through out the school. This newsletter is distributed weekly.
